Transparency & Tube Disclosure

At Bagheera NVG, we believe in complete honesty and transparency.

Some configurations may utilize lightly blemished image intensifier tubes. In most cases, these characteristics are so minor that we did not notice them until our supplier identified them. Please review example photos and judge for yourself.

Possible cosmetic characteristics may include:

• Tiny dark dot(s)

• Very subtle honeycomb pattern

These do not affect:

• Performance

• Reliability

• Service life

Most users will never notice them during real-world use.

All tubes remain within the stated FOM range. Individual specification sheets are included to provide full transparency of tube performance.

ITAR / U.S. Export Control Notice

These night vision devices, image intensifier tubes, and related components are controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 CFR Parts 120–130, and are designated as defense articles on the U.S. Munitions List (USML), Category XII.

Export, re-export, transfer, or disclosure to non-U.S. persons (including foreign nationals within the United States) is strictly prohibited without prior authorization from the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC).

By purchasing this item, the buyer certifies that:

• They are a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

• The item will remain in the United States.

• They will not export, re-export, transfer, or disclose the item to any foreign person or entity without proper authorization.

• They understand that violations of ITAR may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
